The Big Apple started off the Balloon Bike trend more than ten years ago: Comfortable cycling without using complicated technology!

Air cushion tyres are used as natural suspension. Inflated to around 2 Bar a Balloon Bike rolls really easily, with a similar effect to full suspension. A normal tyre with a width of 37mm must be inflated to a rock hard 4 bar, in order to roll similarly well.

• Dynamo Compatible: With dynamo ribbing for extra grip.
• E-Bike: motor assist up to 25 km/h, loads and average speeds are higher, we only recommend certain tyres as E-Bike Ready 25.
• RaceGuard(R): Double layer of Nylon fabric under the tread. Excellent puncture protection for a tyre that should be fast and lightweight.
• Balloon bikes: Air suspension built-in.
• Performance Line: Excellent quality for intensive use. These are the best value for money tyres.
