Bike Fitting in Largs: Comfort, Position and Speed

A bike fit is about getting you into the right position on your bike. Most bikes come in a standard setup, not one built around you. We set your cleats, saddle height and setback, crank length, bars and stem to suit your body, so you stay comfortable for longer.

If your knees ache, your hands go numb or your back gets sore on longer rides, your position is often the cause. We're not physios and we don't diagnose injuries, but getting your position right can take a lot of that discomfort away. If you're dealing with an ongoing injury, we're happy to work alongside your physio's advice.

Once you're comfortable, we look at your aerodynamics: how low and stretched out you can sit while still feeling good, so you go quicker for the same effort without paying for it later in the ride.

You can try saddles from our test range before you buy, and if you need a different stem or bars we'll swap them over there and then. We fit road, gravel and triathlon bikes for riders from all over Ayrshire, Greenock, Inverclyde and Glasgow. Grab a coffee in the café while you're here.
